Since moving to Maine in 2000, Matt has been creating lifestyle properties and building custom homes throughout Maine’s coastal and lakes regions. He has a passion for all things Maine, especially distinctive Maine structures that hold true to the heritage of the state. With every new project, Matt advocates for smart and efficient construction—working with local craftsmen and resources, and researching the latest in energy-saving (and design) innovations. Before joining the family business, Zac began his career by building commercial manufacturing plants throughout the northeast. The rugged landscapes, resilient communities, and distinct character of Maine has played a crucial role in shaping Zac’s love for home building. Driven by a genuine love for hands-on craftsmanship and inspired by his father's expertise in the industry, Zac's passion for construction began at a very young age. Zac tackles each project with a unique blend of expertise and a genuine respect for the essence of his home state.
